Melissa at the front desk was exceptional. She was very kind and has a great personality. I would definitely return due to her wonderful service.
The entire staff here was absolutely fantastic!!! everyone was so kind and helpful, especially a gentleman named Chris. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had a fantastic stay. The room I had was very nice and well kept and for the price it was beyond what I was hoping for. If you are ever in the East Lansing area and need a hotel I would 100% book here.
For being one of the busiest weekends in East Lansing, felt like overall the hotel was good for the price. Exterior wise could be better but rooms were cleaned and overall great. There was a small gap at at the door so some cold air seeped in but nothing too bad.

The staff is fantastic, especially Chris. He was a ray of sunshine even in the middle of the night for a later check in. Chris was the highlight of my stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. For the price I more than got my money’s worth.
Chris, the overnight manager was fantastic, super polite, charming, and accommodating, the room was very clean, pillows squishy soft, bed very comfortable, also, there was a free breakfast, which was very nice. all in all, my family and I decided we’re gonna move in. Just kidding we have to go home.
We came here for a MSU graduation and we were looking for a place to just stay the night. I am so glad we stayed at this hotel and that Melissa was working the front desk. She went above and beyond and was so kind! I would stay here again just based off the service she provided!
My room was okay but there was feces on the wall of the bathroom frank was kind enough to get me the antibacterial spray I requested and traded me new pillows for old ones I really appreciated that
